This preparatory course for MRCOG exam provides you with an online 24x7 access to the 9 course modules for MRCOG-1, 18 course modules for MRCOG-2 and 15 course modules for MRCOG-3, from anywhere in the world at your own convenience. You will get access to all the course modules, which cover the entire syllabus for the MRCOG exams (provided which part are you buying). If you are not interested in buying the complete course, you can also buy an individual module. We also give you the option of just buying the final assessment exam in case you do not want to buy the entire course.

Personalised Study Schedule

The personalised study schedule allows you to plan your study schedule and effectively manage your time. Duration of each module is for 10 days. We provide you the flexibility to activate each module as per your convenience. Each module comprises Practice session. During the practice session, you will get a chance to solve single best answer (SBA) type questions of each module in MRCOG-1 and SBA plus extended matching questions (EMQ) taken from the latest exams conducted by RCOG.

Self-study Manual

A hard copy of the self-study manual, ‘Textbook for MRCOG-1 (Basic Sciences in Obstetrics and Gynaecology) by Dr Richa Saxena’ would be couriered to you within 10 business days of buying the course for MRCOG-1, ‘An Evidence-Based Clinical Textbook in Obstetrics & Gynaecology for MRCOG-2 by Dr Richa Saxena’ for MRCOG-2, and ‘OSCEs in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for MRCOG-3 by Dr Richa Saxena’ for MRCOG-3. This self-study manual covers the fundamental aspects of all the important subjects. The text has been covered in accordance with the latest curriculum and examination format as described by the RCOG (Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists). It has been written in an easy-to-understand manner and well illustrated with pictures. Topics, which are important from the point of view of examination, have been adequately described.

Performance Tracking

‘Success doesn’t come to you; you have to go for it’. The performance tracker will help you monitor your quantitative and qualitative skills based on the scoring system provided for the final assessment. This scoring system will be based on the best attempt. Your best score shall determine your positioning in the leader board. After the completion of the course, you will be provided with your performance graph to help you analyse your strengths and weaknesses. This shall also assist you in picking up your weak subjects.

High Yield Questions

The high yield questions are frequently asked questions which have single-line answers. Each question comprises important facts/one-liners for quick revision just prior to the examination. The unique thing about SBAs is that there is only one best answer for such types of questions. Thus, no matter how various options are framed, you will be able to attempt that question if you know that best answer. For example, the most common microorganism responsible for maternal mortality in the UK is group A streptococcus. This remains the answer whether the question is directly asked or framed with a clinical scenario of maternal mortality. Keeping this in mind, we present to you a collection of more than 1500 high yield questions in all, based on the questions, which were asked in the previous MRCOG examinations (2012–20).
